Yes, returns and exchanges can be completed in-store at the Keeneland Shop within 30 days of purchase, provided the tags are attached and you have proof of purchase (receipt). 

Can I still redeem my Keeneland Mercantile gift card? 

Yes, all physical Keeneland Mercantile gift cards can be redeemed in store at the Keeneland Shop. 

Will merchandise from Keeneland Mercantile be available at the Keeneland Shop? 

Yes, the majority of Keeneland Mercantile merchandise will be available at the Keeneland Shop, with the exception of spirits. 

Can I still shop online? 

Yes, online shopping is available year-round at KeenelandShop.com. Please note that KeenelandMercantile.com will no longer operate as an online store. 

Will there be a closeout sale at Keeneland Mercantile? 

No, all remaining Keeneland Mercantile merchandise will be transferred to and available at the Keeneland Shop.
