th race [Forever Together, 1 1/16 mi TURF] – (1) Speaktomeofsummer (B) lost all chance last race at the start when she got pinched back badly. (4) Flower Point added distance in her second start following a layoff, had a jump in speed figures, and finished third in the Noble Damsel (G3) at Belmont Park. (3) Giacosa won two races at Saratoga for NY-breds, an allowance and a stake. She was then given a short freshening and was sixth just three weeks ago. (5) Sailingintothewind looks like the only speed in this six-horse field and that will suit rider Kendrick Carmouche well.

th race [NY, Alw 72000 N1X, 6F] – (3) Big Brown Shoes since returning from a February layoff broke his maiden at Belmont and then improved his speed figures to set the pace and just missed in a similar allowance to this spot. (6) Lookin for Trouble set the pace in an allowance back in September for Mike Maker and finished second. (7) Our Man Mike will cut back in distance with strong performances going six furlongs earlier in his career. (4) One Whirlwind Ride will return to state-bred competition after five races against open company where he ran well in starter allowances in New York and an allowance at Monmouth Park.

th race [NY, Md Sp Wt ,6F TURF] – (6) Noli Temere (B) got bumped at the break in her debut and was far back in last. She was able to make up some ground while racing on the inside on a day that the rail paths were not the place to be. (5) Tough Street set the pace and then finished second in her first start in a race where the winner came right back to win again. (3) Admire My Crown will make her first career start for Horatio DePaz and is by War Dancer out of a dam that earned $361,000 on the track and has 5 winners from 7 to start. (4) Ofalltheginjoints will debut for Bruce Levine who had two firsters win recently. This one is out of mare that produced 6 to win out of 7 to run.

th race [Clm 40000 N2L, 6F] – (4) Bar Fourteen (D) was claimed last time when he set the pace after getting bet down from 8-1 to 4-1. (6) Air Show returns from a September layoff as a new gelding and drops back down to the N2L where last seen was just a nose from the win. (3) Jerusalem Gates has three third-place finishes in a row at this level for Linda Rice since he was moved to her barn from Parx. (9) Rudy Rod was claimed away from his namesake trainer and now Rob Atras moves him from turf to dirt as a horse who runs well on both surfaces.

Best bets:  Speaktomeofsummer (4th); Noli Temere (6th). Best value:  Big Brown Shoes (5th); Bar Fourteen (7th).
