st race [Md Sp Wt, 1 mi] – (2) Signator (A) was a $1.7 million purchase in April that rallied for second in his debut for Shug McGaughey at 7-2. After that race it was noted that he needs more distance and now gets that in this mile. (1) Crupi / (1A) Mindtap both ran well in their first races for Todd Pletcher. (4) Weekend Tizzy shipped up to Aqueduct for his first start and showed a strong surge to get second. (6) Inflationary sold for $475,000 as a yearling even though his female side is undistinguished.

rd race [NY, Alw 85000 N1X, 1 mi TURF] – (4) Frank’s Art (A) was rank on the backstretch and rallied to get third for the second race in a row. (2) Marinara Sauced was second last time in a NY Stallion Series Stakes race at Saratoga and now makes his first start for a new trainer. (6) Golquist is projected to be on the lead as he moves back to the mile distance where he set the pace and finished second by a head upstate. (5) Shinsun won his debut and then ran third against open company in a starter allowance. He’s back with Lasix after racing in that NY-bred stakes race.

th race [OC 62K/N2X, 1 3/16 mi TURF] – (1) Mooney Love (A) was an impressive winner of his American debut for Bill Mott after racing mostly in Italy. He will get Lasix now. (3) Kinenos (B) will make his first start after getting claimed for $62,500 by Mike Maker in August. In that race he had a wide trip as he pressed the pace. (6) Space Launch has a pair of seconds at this level for Christophe Clement. (9) Largent has lots of back class as a graded stakes winner for Todd Pletcher. After a layoff, he had a win and a second in VA-bred stakes at Colonial Downs.

th race [Clm 16000 N2L, 1 mi] – (7) Once a Giant (D) was bet down from 9-2 to 5-2 and finished fourth in his first start off a claim. (10) Zuzudini broke his maiden for $50,000 and now drops down to the lowest N2L claimer that is carded at Aqueduct. (6) Midnight Worker made a big jump in speed figures in his second start following a layoff and now goes down another claiming level. (3) Prince of Joy is projected to be on the lead in this field after running second last time.

Best bets:  Signator (1st); Frank’s Art (3rd). Best value:  Mooney Love (5th); Once a Giant (7th).
