st race [NY, Md Sp Wt, 1 mi] – (3) Mrs. Boomer (B) was second in her debut to a heavy favorite but she finished seven-lengths ahead of the rest. (6) Bavarian Crème tried the turf last time and was fourth but returns to the main track where she ran well. (1) Lola Lola was sent off at 5-1 in her first start which happened on the turf. She didn’t have the best start for Mike Miceli who does very well with second-time starters. (7) Capital Gal improved in her third start when she was a half-length behind the winner on a muddy track.

rd race [Md Sp Wt, 1 mi TURF] – (4) Fort Ticonderoga (B) debuted last year in July in a race that came off the turf at Belmont Park and ran second. Shug brings the son of War Front back with Lasix on the turf. (1) Smoke and Heat made his first start on a muddy track with a second and then went to the turf at Belmont for a third-place finish. (3) Growth Capital was the favorite in both of his turf starts for Chad Brown and was second both times, first at Gulfstream Park and then at Keeneland. Blinkers go on. (6) Most Wanted Man is also from the Brown barn. He debuted at Tampa Bay Downs in February to run third and now gets Lasix and is a new gelding.

th race [NY, Alw 80000 N1X, 1 1/16 mi] – (1) Raffinity (C) was last seen in April winning a N2L condition against open company while getting bet from 7-1 to 3-1. She was claimed by Rob Falcone. (6) Sister Linda broke her maiden by more than 12 lengths last month at Belmont in her first start of the year and moves back to the barn of Michelle Nevin. (2) Caragate was third in a NY-bred stake and in an allowance. She gets blinkers on. (3) Know It All Audrey made a big improvement in her second start of the year in similar races.

th race [NY, OC 45k/N2X, 7F TURF] – (2) Social Whirl (B) bobbled at the start of her first start of the year and had to race from last which she did racing wide while lugging in the stretch. (6) Pure Bode set the pace in her last two starts including last time following a six-month layoff. She will now cutback in distance. (9) Miss Alacrity won her first two career starts including a stake at Monmouth Pak for Wesley Ward and since then raced in stakes most recently in April at Woodbine in her 2022 debut. (1) Finest Work won the first-level allowance against NY-breds in her first start of this year with a closing move.

Best bets:  Mrs. Boomer (1st); Fort Ticonderoga (3rd). Best value:  Raffinity (4th); Social Whirl (6th).
