4^th race [Clm 20000, 6 ½ F] – (3) Forever Changed (B) gets a rider change after what was described as a poor ride and drops her claiming price in half. (8) Miss Mi Mi was a rare claim for $12,500 for George Weaver when this mare dropped from a stakes race at Aqueduct into that claimer. Weaver has won right back with 3 out of 5 recent claims. (2) Lady by Choice rallied from a stalking position to finish second beaten by just a neck. She has some back class when she ran third in a stake at the Big A during the Spring. (1) Saratoga Beauty finished third for a $16,000 tag and was claimed. Rosario stays on board.

5^th race [Md 50000, 1 1/16 mi TURF] – (10) Hilliard (B) shied away from the stick, hit the rail, and had to check in his 2021 debut. (6) Flight to Paradise was third in a similar spot last month when he dropped into a maiden claimer. (2) Fingal will make the big drop from a maiden special weight after running fourth in his first start for new trainer Carlos Martin. He will also move back to the turf after one try on the dirt last time out. (4) Johnnypump will take the blinkers off which is a 60% winning move for trainer Michael Maker.

6^th race [Clm 30000 N2L, 6F TURF] – (11) Jasminesque (B) returned to the turf in a starter allowance where she broke poorly, fell far back, and had to race without any cover. (6) She So Naughty (A) was blocked coming down the stretch and had to check in her first race for Rob Atras. (7) Jades Gelly will make her first appearance in a N2L claimer after racing in allowances and starter allowances. She broke her maiden for $50,000. (9) Defy Expectations will get some class relief after making her 2021 debut in a starter allowance at Pimlico. Three races back at Belmont Park she was third in a N2L race.

7^th race [Jersey Girl, 6F] – (5) Miss Brazil (A) was entered in the Acorn on Belmont Stakes Day but opted for this shorter and easier stake. Last race she was a five-length winner of an allowance at Belmont following a second in the Busher at a mile at Aqueduct. (3) Bella Sofia (A) broke her maiden by more than 11 lengths in her debut last month for Rudy Rodriguez. (4) Australasia is unbeaten in five career starts for Brad Cox. The Louisiana-bred won three state-bred stakes and most recently won an open company allowance at Churchill Downs. (2) Dr B broke her maiden against the boys at Parx by nine-lengths and then won an allowance by more than five for trainer Butch Reid.

Best bets:  Forever Changed (4^th); Miss Brazil (7^th). Best value: Hilliard (5^th); Jasminesque (6^th).
