1st race – (2) Prinecess Doir (A) had a troubled trip but still managed to finish second. Gets the win today. (5) Winze may move forward here after not firing in her comeback race. (1) Graciana was a distant second after a layoff and could be closer here. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-5.

3rd race – (5) Dance Rhythms was hurt by a wide trip last time and could work out a winning trip. (11) Lady of Luxury will need a scratch in order to run but will be a main threat if she does. (2) Lady Anna might appreciate a switch to turf. (3) Song River will be a threat in the final furlong. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-5-11.

5th race – (2) Hazy Command is working sharply for her debut and seems best in this spot. (9) Stella Grace didn’t fire at a shorter distance in her debut but should fare better here. (3) Blest Life seems ready for a strong effort in his debut. (1) Freudian is working like a promising runner. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-3-9. Doubles: 1-2-3-9 with 3-5-10-11.

6th race – (11) Youens moves up off a claim and should benefit from a switch back to turf. (5) Pettigo Girl should be well suited by turf. (10) Twentytwenty Hoax has the breeding to be effective on turf. (3) Cha Cha Mission fits in well here. Betting strategy: 11 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-5-10-11.

8th race – (6) Never Forget (A) had a slow start and then rallied wide for second. Reaches the winner’s circle here. (8) Illegal Smile exits a stakes and is the one to fear. (1) Ursulina disappointed last time but can bounce back here. (4) Mischiefful is worth a long look in her turf debut. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-6-8.
