2nd race – (6) Love My Honey was claimed by Casse off a solid effort last time and may not get caught in a short field. (1) Bonnet won easily against beaten claimers and can be a threat here. (3) Elle Factor has enough speed to be a factor here. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-6.

5th race - (8) Chaos Theory turned in a strong effort in a stakes and should be able to handle this group if he can duplicate that effort. (6) Fig Jelly was a game second in his first start since switching barns and looks like the main rival. (10) I Can Do Anything is working sharply for his 2020 debut. (7) Secretary of War should be effective dropping out of a claimer. Betting strategy: 8 to win, place. Exacta box: 6-7-8-10. Doubles: 6-7-8-10 with 5-6-7-8.

6th race - (5) Flight Time (B) missed by a nose in a solid try last time and should get the job done today. (8) Tres Equis figures to fit in well with this group. (7) Crush It should welcome a return to a claimer. (6) Match Play can be competitive in this field. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 5-6-7-8.

8th race – (9) Sister Hanan (A) was an impressive winner last time and is nicely positioned to make it two in a row. (2) Magic Star exits stakes company for Chad and is the one to fear. (11) Catch a Bid showed some nice potential last year and seems poised for a positive 2020 debut. (8) Mintd won her U.S. debut and cannot be overlooked. Betting strategy: 9 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-8-9-11. Doubles: 2-8-9-11 with 6-7-8-10.

9th race – (10) Toledo (B) was second best despite being squeezed in the stretch and can make amends here. (6) Night Time put in a quick, bullet work for this and merits attention. (7) High Proof is worth a close look in his first start for Cox. (8) Banks Island was a good-looking maiden winner, but that was in mud. Has done well before on a dry track and will be a factor. Betting strategy: 10 to win, place.  Exacta box: 6-7-8-10.
