2nd race – (7) Bear Alley (A) won by four lengths last time and can make it two in a row off the Casse claim. (5) Rye Humor should relish the stretchout in distance. (4) Jurisdiction disappointed last time but can rebound in a claimer. (6) Ego could perk up back on dirt. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place. Exacta box: 5-7. Exactas: 5-7 over 4-6 and 4-6 over 5-7. Doubles: 4-5-6-7 with 2-4-6-7.

3rd race – (2) Specializin debuts for Sharp and seems primed for a big effort. (4) Go On Girl also makes her first start and merits respect. (6) Dice Arm seems set for a solid try here. (7) Miss Addie Lynn could be troublesome in this spot. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4-6-7.

5th race –  (10) Two Phil’s is working quickly for his debut and deserves top billing. (7) Sivako could emerge as the main threat. (9) How Did He Do That has some potential and should not be overlooked. (2) Nak Nak Bolt can be a factor in this field. Betting strategy: 10 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-7-9-10.

7th race – (6) Masqueparade (A) just missed in a sharp effort after a layoff and should make amends here. (2) Intrepid Heart returns to Sharp and should be the main rival. (4) Whiskey Double could respond to a turf to dirt switch. (1) Silver Dust should benefit from a rail trip in this field. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-4-6. Doubles: 1-2-4-6 with 1-2-9-10.

8th race – (9) Five Prizes didn’t fire last time but can rebound here. (10) Insignia stretches out after finishing second in a sprint and looks like the one to fear. (1) High Resolution might welcome the two-turn distance. (2) She’s Keen seems bred to handle the distance. Betting strategy: 9 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-9-10.
