1st race –  (3) Inkosi flopped in his debut last fall but has switched barns and is working well for his return in a bottom level maiden claimer. (4) Horse Daddy should be effective at this level. (6) Southern Sense showed little in his last try but could perk up here with blinkers on. (2) Mizzen Man should be competitive with this group. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-4. Exactas: 3-4 over 2-6 and 2-6 over 3-4. Doubles: 2-3-4-6 with 4-5-6-7.

2nd race – (4) She’ll Never Know is training smartly for her debut and seems ready for a big effort. (5) Janis Joplin should rock in this field. (7) Holy Foley is a firster from Asmussen who deserves respect. (6) Gonna Cut It was fifth in her debut and can benefit from the experience. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-5. Exactas: 4-5 over 6-7 and 6-7 over 4-5.

4th race – (5) Cotton Candy Annie was a useful fourth and can move forward off that try. (4) Shoplifter missed by a neck in her debut and looks like the one to fear. (6) Sirius Light seems set for a solid effort in her debut. (3) Boston to Bozeman could land in the exotics. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-5. Exactas: 4-5 over 3-6 and 3-6 over 4-5.

6th race – (1) Sea Level drops into a claimer and can make her presence felt with this group. (7) Honey Run looms a stretch threat in this spot. (5) Fabricate moves back into a claimer and will be formidable. (6) Pistol could fire off the claim by Van Berg. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-5-6-7.

7th race – (2) Lovemesomeme (A) seeks a fourth straight win and will be hard to deny. (4) Travel Column has plenty of back class but has not raced in more than a year. (1) New Roo was given a rest and is training solidly for her comeback. (3) Tipsy Gal tired against stakes company but should be tougher to handle here. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4. Exactas: 2-4 over 1-3 and 1-3 over 2-4.
