1st race – (7) Sweet Voice looks best while returning from a layoff and trying claimers for the first time.  (8) Cecile’s Chapter was second at this level and should be closing quickly at the end. (3) Sunny Isle Beach might perk up on turf. (2) Dramatizer will be a main threat in this spot. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-7-8.

3rd race – (6) My My Muny should be effective while tested against claimers for the first time. (4) Benedectinesisters may answer some prayers in this spot. (1) Gem Key could shine from the rail. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-6.

4th race – (8) Rosenquist makes his debut for Morey and merits top billing here. (9) Congratzi is a firster who could be dangerous here.  (2) Island Boy may appreciate a return to turf. (11) Awesummer was third in his last two starts and should be in the picture here. Betting strategy: 8 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-8-9-11.

7th race – (5) Scarlet Fusion (B) had a bumpy, wide trip when two lengths last time and can make amends for that setback here. (1) Bryce Canyon is in good form now and looks like the one to fear. (9) Last Samurai might appreciate a switch to turf. (3) Accredit cannot be ignored against these. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-5-9.

9th race – (9) Mademoiselle Nova has never been worse than third and is overdue for a maiden win. (11) High Fair may take a step forward after tiring in his debut. (1) Maybe Later should work out a good trip from the rail. (10) Lisboa could be a factor in her career debut. Betting strategy: 9 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-9-10-11.
