2nd race – (6) Why Behave takes a big class drop and should be able to lead throughout. (4) Dance On Over looms a stretch threat here. (5) Catchusifyoucan fits in nicely with this bunch. (2) Zmuda won his last and merits consideration here. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-6. Exactas: 4-6 over 2-5 and 2-5 over 4-6. Doubles: 2-4-5-6 with 1-2-4-6.

3rd race – (6) Ain’t Wasting Time comes off some solid efforts at Gulfstream and looks best here. (1) Cost Basis might contend off the Asmussen claim. (2) That Khenny ships in off two nice wins and may figure in the outcome. (4) Emerald Express has been successful at a similar level. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-6. Exactas: 1-6 over 2-4 and 2-4 over 1-6.

5th race – (3) Slim Man (C) dropped from 3-1 to 2-1 and posted a sharp maiden win. Can make it 2 in a row here. (5) Arabian Prince could wake up in a claimer. (6) Schmoozin was disappointed last night but can be more competitive here. (1) Button Boy should benefit from a rail trip. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-5. Exactas: 3-5 over 1-6 and 1-6 over 3-5.

7th race – (1) Cees Get Degrees (A) shipped in from California and posted a big win. Seems capable of another score here. (5) Pledgeofallegiance returns quickly off a win and Asmussen claim and should respond with a sharp effort. (6) Mumayaz could be a factor off a switch to dirt. (3) Cold as Hell has enough speed to be a factor. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-5. Exactas: 1-5 over 3-6 and 3-6 over 1-5. Doubles: 1-3-5-6 with 2-3-8-9.

8th race – (9) Dazzling Blue is a firster for Cox who seems set for a big effort. (3) Aunt Mischief should move forward off her debut effort. (8) Flyin Bessie rallied for second in her debut at Colonial and figures to be in the mix here. (2) Moment to Shine looks like a firster who may have an impact here. Betting strategy: 9 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-8-9.
