2nd race – (3) Steely Danza was a game third at this level and looks best here. (4) Romancer drops a notch and should be a main threat. (1) Midaswellrun might rebound in this spot. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-4.

4th race – (1) Saenz (A) won easily last time and can make it two in a row here. (2) Frigid Lady comes off a sharp maiden win and should be the main threat. (6) Girl Afraid could be tough to catch here. (3) Moon Magic Chrissy could contend off the claim. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2. Exactas: 1-2 over 3-6 and 3-6 over 1-2. Doubles: 1-2-3-6 with 3-4-5-6. Pick 3: 1-2-3-6 with 3-4-5-6 with 1-3-5-11.

5th race – (4) Without a Song is a firster from Asmussen who can win at first asking. (5) Cape Trafalgar was no worse than third in his three starts and is the one to fear. (6) F Five is another firster with good potential. (3) Yodason has been away since 2021 and could be a factor if there’s no rust. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-4-5-6.

6th race – (3) Reagan (A) missed by a neck in his debut and can make amends here. (5) Chicago’s Gray makes his debut for Asmussen and looms a top contender. (11) Lark’s Mischief Is another Asmussen firster who deserves attention. (1) Easy Action should be a factor from the rail. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-5-11.

10th race – (1) Coach was a good second off a lengthy layoff. Should move forward off that effort. (2) Mariah’s Princess should also improve after a strong try off a layoff. (6) She Can’t Sing may appreciate the turf-to-dirt switch. (4) Ice Orchid looked good in an allowance win and cannot be overlooked. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2. Exactas: 1-2 over 4-6 and 4-6 over 1-2.
