1st race – (3) Funnybet (B) rallied five-wide for second and was claimed by Asmussen. Finds a winning spot here. (7) Ancient Brown might respond to a cutback in distance. (6) Aidanike drops in class and could wake up here. (4) Everyotherwon might hang around until the end in this field. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-7. Exactas: 3-7 over 4-6 and 4-6 over 3-7.

3rd race – (2) Silver Dust was second at a longer trip and should work out a winning trip here. (1) Bluegrass Parkway tries claimers here and may have a class edge. (7) Full Charge may be closing quickly at the end. (5) Bandit Swanson fits in nicely with this group. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2. Exactas: 1-2 over 5-7 and 5-7 over 1-2.

5th race – (5) Sure Can lacked a strong kick in the slop and could take a big step forward on a dry surface. (4) Badgeland will be a threat in her career debut. (2) D’oro Street is another firster with some potential. (8) Boardwalk Queen might perk up in this field. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4-5-8.

9th race – (4) Played Hard set the early pace before settling for third in the Grade 1 Spinster. Looks best in this spot. (1) Leader of the Band has been no worse than second in her last four starts and should be the main foe. (6) She’s All Wolfe seeks a third straight win and cannot be ignored. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-6. Doubles: 1-4-6 with 4-5-6-7.

10th race – (7) Sunny One is in career-best form and seems poised for a winning try here. (6) Adventuring has an abundance of speed and could be tough to reel in. (5) Dalika disappointed last time but can bounce back here. (4) Lake Lucerne could be troublesome in the final furlong. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-5-6-7.
