2nd race – (6) Brittle and Yoo was claimed out of a third-place finish at Santa Anita by Wong. Finds a field he should be able to handle. (3) World of Wonder should be competitive at this level. (5) Dance Rhythms might respond to a turf-to-dirt. (7) Charge Account could fire off the claim. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-6. Exactas: 3-6 over 5-7 and 5-7 over 3-6.

6th race – (4) Inspeightoftrainer drops into a claimer and that might produce a winning effort. (11) Joey Freshwater had a useful debut and is worth a close look here. (2) Hill of Tara fits in nicely here. (7) Border Spin could be a factor in his debut. Betting strategy: 4  to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4-7-11.

8th race – (3) Floki’s Flight (A) romped to a lopsided maiden win and can make it two in a row here. (8) Extravagate might respond to the addition of blinkers. (1) Midnight Raid will be a threat from the rail. (2) Two Birds may fly off with a win here. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-3-8. Doubles: 1-2-3-8 with 1-4-5-6.

9th race – (6) Olga Isabel has sharp early speed and could lead throughout. (5) Ring Me Darling exits a solid win and will be a main factor. (4) Code Name Kate seeks a third straight win and cannot be ignored. (1) Ain’t Broke will benefit from a rail trip. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-5-6.

11th race – (9) Portfolio Company will appreciate the added distance and looks best here. (10) Red Danger returns from a layoff and should be a late threat. (6) Ready to Purrform might perk up in this field. (3) Running Bee took a big step forward last time and should be a key contender here. Betting strategy: 9 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-6-9-10.
