3rd race – (8) Paynt Your Wagon takes a big class drop and looks best here. (4) Knowhowiknow should perk up in a claimer. (2) Cloud Creek could be competitive here. (7) Madelyns Heat was second at this level and seems to have some ability.  Betting strategy: 8 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4-7-8.

5th race – (10) Three Technique drops into a claimer and can win this off his back class. (7) Ournationonparade is worth a look in his first start for Amoss. (5) Cold as Hell fits in nicely with this bunch. (9) Jack Van Berg will be dangerous on his best try. Betting strategy: 10 to win, place. Exacta box: 5-7-9-10. Doubles: 5-7-9-10 with 1-4-5-8.

6th race – (5) Winterwood (A) had an awkward start and then closed fast for third in his debut. Gets a maiden win here. (4) Gunfighter seems to fit in with these. (8) Aristocat might make his presence felt here. (1) Timeless Joke missed by a nose in his debut and cannot be ignored. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-5-8.

10th race – (5) Cody’s Wish comes off a big win and can make it three in a row here. (9) Ducale has some speed and may be tough to catch. (10) Runway Magic gets some class relief here. (8) Ram was second in his last two starts and will be a threat late. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 5-8-9-10. Doubles: 5-8-9-10 with 3-4-5-6.

11th race – (6) Frosted Grace is training quickly for his debut with Amoss and should be ready for a big effort. (5) Shadow Matter comes off a game win and may be the one to fear. (4) Americanus may benefit from a switch to dirt. (3) Attachment Rate switches to the Moquett barn and should be a main factor. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-4-5-6.
