2nd race – (2) Sun Path (C) was bet down from 7-2 to 5-2 and rallied four wide for second in her debut. Should graduate today. (5) Peace Broker gained some ground late to finish third in her debut and will be a threat here. (6) Ginkgo might contend in her debut. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-5-6.

4th race - (1) Idol (C) dropped from 8-5 to 6-5 and was a maiden winner in his second start. Should be able to handle winners. (2) Excession was no factor in the Preakness but fits better here. (5) Majestic West could be a threat on the front end. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-5.

6th race – (4) Kitten’s Firstlove never fired in a race ruled a non-betting event because of a starting gate snafu. Has been training nicely since then and gets the nod here. (9) Tapwood turned in a nice effort when switched to turf and rates a look here. (10) Rookie Year seems to have some talent but drew a rough post. (3) Fulsome is a firster from Cox who merits respect. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-4-9-10.

9th race – (3) Ask Bailey exits stakes company and should prove best in this spot. (9) Mariafoot will also benefit from some class relief here. (1) Teenage Kicks may move up with a rail trip. (8) Evil Lyn was last seen winning a Pimlico stakes and merits respect. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-8-9. Doubles: 1-3-8-9 with 1-2-7-10.

10th race – (1) My Mane Girl set the pace and tired in her debut. Should not look back from the rail. (10) Silverbella has been away since April but is talented enough to handle this field. (7) Sconset has put in some interesting works since some dull races earlier in the year and is worth a look. (2) Zoology could be a contender in her debut for Lynch.  Betting strategy: 10 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-7-10.
