1st race – (6) Doozy Batz missed by a nose last time on dirt. Gets the victory here. (5) Cami Cat has some speed and may hang on in a claimer. (1) Time for Cupid should fare better on dirt. (2) Love of My Life can be a factor in this field. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-5-6.

3rd race – (2) Judo won on the front end in his debut and can handle these as well. (5) X Y Point also won easily in his first try for Joseph and should be the main rival. (3) Frosted Departure flopped in a stakes but fits better here. (1) Prove Right could be a factor on his best try. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-5. Exactas: 2-5 over 1-3 and 1-3 over 2-5. Doubles: 1-2-3-5 with 1-2-5-6. Pick 3: 1-2-3-5 with 1-2-5-6 with 1-2-4-10.

4th race – (6) Frosted Diamond drops a notch in claiming price and should prevail in this spot. (2) Sweet Truffles looks like the one to fear. (1) Domita Lucilla could wake up against claimers. (5) Coastal Charm was a good second last time and should not be ignored here. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-5-6. Doubles: 1-2-5-6 with 1-2-4-10.

5th race – (2) Recker Point was a promising third in his debut for Lukas who usually gets some improvement in their second try. The (1) entry of Wadsworth and Face Value seems capable of better tries today. (4) B Minor should take a step forward on dirt. (10) Presider put in a bullet work for this. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-4-10.

7th race – (9) Batucada appears set for a big effort in her debut. (8) Zeitlos lost her jockey in her debut and deserves a second chance. (5) Magical Lute closed fast for second and belongs in the exotics. (3) Taxed is another firster who may have a promising future. Betting strategy: 9 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-5-8-9.
