1st race –  (2) Multi Platinum (B) returns in a week after being claimed out of an easy winner. Can make it two in a row today. (1) Wall Street Trader will be a force if he can duplicate his landslide win last time out. (7) Baladi might respond to a turf to dirt switch. (4) Conundrum belongs in the exotics. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2 over 4-7 and 4-7 over 1-2.

4th race – (7) Shadow Sphinx (B) lacked room while seeking a third straight win. Can resume his winning ways here. (9) Neptune’s Storm has a class edge and looks like the main rival. (10) Cono missed by a nose last time and will be a main contender here. (1) Count of Amazonia will benefit from a rail trip. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-7-9-10.

6th race – (1) Avenue de France staged a strong rally to win at the meet last month and can work out a winning trip from the rail. (2) Going Global was third in a Grade 1 stakes and looks like the one to fear. (4) Rocking Redhead was third behind the top pick and rates a look here. (5) Park Avenue has keen early speed and could be tough to catch. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2. Exactas: 1-2 over 4-5 and 4-5 over 1-2. Doubles: 1-2-4-5 over 2-4-6-9.

7th race – (9) Truehood has put in some fast works for his debut and should win at first asking. (6) Abeliefinthislivin was second in both career starts and can complete the exacta. (2) Cave Rock is another firster from Baffert who should not be ignored. (4) Tall Boy put in some sharp works for this and merits attention. Betting strategy: 9 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4-6-9.

9th race – (6) Absolutely Zero is 2-for-2 and should be able to notch a hat trick. (5) Satin Doll staged a strong rally to win her debut and will be the main threat. (1) Procrastination could be tough to catch from the rail. (7) Infinite Diamond might be a factor in the final furlong. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 5-6. Exactas: 5-6 over 1-7 and 1-7 over 5-6.
