4th race – (2) Barsabas (C) was bet down from 4-1 and 5-2 and posted an impressive front-running victory. Can make it two in a row here. (5) Prince Hussar won on debut and looks quite dangerous against this field. (6) We All Agree was also a speedy maiden winner and fits in nicely with this group. (1) Im Still Thirsty could benefit from a speed duel. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-5. Exactas: 2-5 over 1-6 and 1-6 over 2-5.

6th race – (6) Fashionably Fast (B) was second to a stakes-bound rival in Howbeit and should be able to handle this field. (5) I Got No Munny has already turned in two good efforts at the meet and seems primed for a third. (3) Colt Fiction was third behind the top choice and can make his presence felt. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-5-6.

8th race – (2) Rockefeller is a $750K firster from Baffert who seems on edge for a big effort in his debut. (3) Union Train could be a main threat in his debut. (10) Encode is another Baffert firster who should not be overlooked. (5) Durante might be dangerous in this field. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-5-10. Doubles: 2-3-5-10 with 1-3-8-10. Pick 3: 2-3-5-10 with 1-3-8-10 with 1-2-8-9 .

9th race – (10) Farquhar was an improved second last time and should be tough to handle in his third start after the layoff. (1) Onenightstandards should welcome the added distance here. (3) Midnight Jostar has a nice late kick which will come in handy here. (8) Me and Mr. C might be well-suited by the conditions. Betting strategy: 10 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-8-10.  Doubles: 1-3-8-10  with 1-2-8-9.

10th race – (1)  Ginobili (C) dropped from 11-1 to 6-1 and then recorded a powerful. He’ll be tough to beat if he can duplicate that effort. (2) Howbeit (C) took late action in sinking from 2-1 to 8-5 and staged a strong rally to take an allowance. He should be able to make his presence felt here. (9) C Z Rocket got rolling too late last time and will appreciate the added distance in a stakes he won last year. (8) Flagstaff was second to C Z Rocket in this race last year and cannot be ignored.  Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-8-9.
