1st race – (5) Park Avenue (B) was a game second when stretched out to a mile last time. Should hang on here. (4) Lil Town Sis might enjoy the softer pace here around two turns. (1) Velvet Slippers might rebound here. (3) Angel of Freedom seems to fit well here. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-5. Exactas: 4-5 over 1-3 and 1-3 over 4-5. Doubles: 1-3-4-5 with 3-4-7-8.

2nd race – (3) Time to Party (A) set the pace and finished a strong second in his debut. Should not look back today. (4) One Time Mark is an interesting first-time starter. (8) Facetious seems ready for a big effort in his debut. (7) Sumter might benefit from his debut and turn in a better effort here. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-4-7-8

5th race – (10) Kristi’s Tiger closed nicely to take second last time and deserves top billing in this field. (9) Taming the Tigress was an impressive winner last time and should be the one to fear. (1) Little Miss Ellie could work out a good trip from the rail. (12) Another Eddie might be a factor in the final furlong. Betting strategy: 10 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-9-10-12.

7th race – (9) Double the Gold returns to the main track and should benefit from a switch to Prat. (6) Tap Union is working nicely for his debut. (5) Floyd Knowles could be ready for a solid showing in his debut. (7) Commissioner David drops to a level where he should be a contender. Betting strategy: 9 to win, place. Exacta box: 5-6-7-9. Doubles: 5-6-7-9 with 1-4-6-8.

8th race – (8) Caerulean  gets back on turf and should respond with an improved effort. (6) El Diablo Rojo got rolling too late last but can make amends here. (1) Mischievous Path may perk up on turf. (4) Riding With Dino was sharp off a long layoff and cannot be ignored here. Betting strategy: 8 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-6-8.
