2nd race –  (3) B D Valeski rallied wide for third last time and can work out a winning trip here. The (1) entry of Kennesaw and Twirling Roses should be formidable in this spot. (4) Circle Back Jack exits stakes company and cannot be ignored. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-4.

4th race – (6) Sivako is well-bred for turf and gets the nod in this field. (1) Coaches Meeting seems ready for a big effort in her debut. (2) Spanish Doubloon should turn in a solid effort in his debut. (8) St. Neots turned in a bullet work for his first start and should be considered. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-6-8. Doubles: 1-2-6-8 with 3-4-5-6.

5th race – (4) Bourbon Spirit makes his debut for Cox and should prove best. (6) Accident was an improved fourth last time and could be ready to graduate. (5) Miranda Rights has been working quickly for his debut and cannot be ignored. (3) Bluff City showed speed in his debut and may take a step forward here.  Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-6. Exactas: 4-6 over 3-5 and 3-5 over 4-6.

7th race – (2) Legionnaire (B) was a distant second last time and should appreciate the added distance. (3) What’s Up Doc was third in his debut and should be the main rival. (5) York Tavern didn’t fire in his debut but can rebound here. (6) Uncle Berley is worth a look off the Asmussen claim. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-5-6.

9th race – (10) Get By flopped last time but can bounce back here. (6) Ball Gown should be the main threat. (1) Stella Teresa has speed from the rail and could be tough to catch. (3) Rather Be Lucky might reach new heights while switching to turf. Betting strategy: 10 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-6-10.
