COMMENTS: JUST MIGHT ran some of the fastest fractions last out at a distance that favors speed. SIR ALFRED JAMES has the best combination of early and late pace, should run a complete race. MANNY WAH should be better in his second start off the bench with a bullet work between races. COMMENTS: SUMMER IN SARATOGA is one of two that ran a last race speed figure greater than par for this level. LOVELY RIDE is one for one on the turf, could improve in round two of grass. ABSCOND is dropping from a 300k purse to 100,000. JANELLE MONAE comes in from Brazil, always a tough call on South American shippers. COMMENTS: BERNABREEZY improved big time from her debut and has the strongest late pace numbers. LA CRETE has the top, early pace numbers in this field by a wide margin. FANNIE AND FREDDIE improved her speed numbers in three straight, tying for the top, last race speed figure in the last. COMMENTS: HALO AGAIN topped a lot of these in his last, which was his first at FG, expecting a bigger effort today. TWO EMMYS is the only horse in this group to run a speed figure above par for this level, three triple digit speed numbers in row. EXCESS MAGIC knows how to win with four wins in seven on turf and owns the fastest quarter-mile fractions of any here. BODECREAM has run well at FG and at the distance.

Hard to believe, but MIDNIGHT BOURBON gets first time Lasix and has early pace, a powerful combo. WARRANT has the top jockey/trainer combo with Brian Hernandez, Jr. and Brad Cox.
