Forbidden Secret Romps in Wednesday’s Featured Diamond A Farms Purse

Red Oak Stable’s Forbidden Secret went to the front out of the gate and cruised to a 7-length victory in the featured $110,000 Diamond A Farms Purse Wednesday afternoon for 2-year-olds. (Click here for a video of the race.)

Trained by Todd Pletcher and ridden by Irad Ortiz Jr., Forbidden Secret covered the 1 1/16 miles on a fast track in 1:45.62.

A Keeneland sales graduate, Forbidden Secret won for the second time in four starts and increased his earnings to $123,458 with Wednesday’s $63,938 check.

Forbidden Secret is a Kentucky-bred son of Outwork out of the After Market mare Market Buzz.

Forbidden Secret returned $9.72, $5.18 and $4.06. Confidence Game, ridden by James Graham, returned $7 and $6.12 and finished a head in front of Traffic Master, who paid $6.60 to show under Gabriel Saez.
