1st race – (6) Put It On Detti (B) staged an impressive three-wide rally to win his last start and can make it two in row here. (11) Venerate returns from a layoff and takes a class drop. Will be dangerous if fit. (12) Congrats That returns to turf and might perk up. (9) Goldenlineof should fare better on turf. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 6-9-11-12 Doubles: 6-9-11-12 with 3-5-8-9.

2nd race - (3) Witch Hunter takes a big class drop and should prove best against this group. (8) Bev’s Strength had a wide trip around two turns and should fare better here. (5) I’m a Rockstar might last for a share. (9) Signing Bonus was second at this level and should not be ignored. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-5-8-9.

5th race - (14) Better With Age (B) was hurt by a wide trip last time and will be a threat if she can scratch into the race. (5) Church On Time is a firster for Chad who may be ready for a sharp effort. (6) Lashara might welcome a switch to turf. (4) Ballymore Star may shine in her second start. Betting strategy: 14 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-5-6-14. Doubles: 4-5-6-14 with 3-4-6-7.

6th race – (4) Mister Winston  debuts for Chad and could be tough to beat here. (3) Fantastry returns from a layoff and might like dirt. (6) War Detonator seems primed for a nice effort after a layoff. (7) Dark Web turned in a sharp try after a layoff and merits attention. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-4-6-7.

8th race – (1) Per Capita put in a bullet work for his first start since July and deserves top billing. (7) Colonel Liam seems ready for a big effort in his debut. (8) Liberty Blue put in a nice workout for this start. (2) Cornbread Kingdom has worked impressively since his last start and should not be ignored. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place.  Exacta box: 1-2-7-8.
