1st race – (10) Platinum Moon (A) was a game second on Tapeta and should handle the switch to turf here. (4) School Dance was second in his last two starts and may be suited by turf. (1) Tank Top makes her debut and merits attention. (7) Bitty Boss fits in well here. Betting strategy: 10 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-7-10. Doubles: 1-4-7-10 with 2-4-6-7. Pick 3: 1-4-7-10 with 2-4-6-7 with 1-2-5-7.

2nd race – (4) Restless Eyes won her last by daylight and should be tough here off the D’Angelo claim. (7) Datttsafancyfox takes a big class drop and may emerge as the main rival. (6) Akemi has speed and could be tough to catch here. (2) Look Up to Heaven fits in nicely here. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-7. Exactas 4-7 over 2-6 and 2-6 over 4-7. Doubles: 2-5-6-7 with 1-2-5-7.

3rd race – (7) Khafre was an improved second last time and should post a maiden win here. (5) Deep State was no worse than third in his last three starts and looks like the one to fear. (2) Polinesia was an even fifth in his debut back in August and has been training nicely for his comeback. (1) Union Buster could have an impact in his debut. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place. Exacta box: 5-7. Exactas: 5-7 over 1-2 and 1-2 over 5-7.

7th race – (4) Gate Runner is a firster from Pletcher who seems ready to win at first asking. (6) Breakwater is an interesting firster for Shug. (7) Days of Yore also debuts for Pletcher and merits respect. (8) Broken Spur can be added to the firsters who seem promising here. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-6-7-8.

10th race – (1) Absolute Grit seeks a third straight win and looks best here. (3) Bailey might wake up at this level off the D’Angelo claim with Jose Ortiz aboard. (6) The Distractor was third last time and should not be ignored. (8) Twice too Many can grab a share of the purse here. Betting strategy: 1  to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-6-8.
