2nd race – (8) Joe Di Baggio tired late last time and should appreciate the shorter distance here. (6) My Mane Man comes off a couple of rough trips and may perk up here. (1) Ensign Parker was a good second last time and fits well here. (3) Septemberten was second or third in his last three starts and should not be ignored. Betting strategy: 8 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-6-8. Doubles: 1-3-6-8 with 4-5-6-8.

3rd race – (4) Brasstown stretches out a bit to two turns and has enough speed to lead throughout. (5) Trappezoid was second last time and should be a main rival. (6) Blue Steel was an easy winner last time, but that was on a muddy track. (8) Zanesville can be a threat in the final furlong. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-5-6-8.

6th race – (9) Whimsical Muse was second in his last two starts and looks best in this spot. (1) Kahiko won nicely on an artificial surface and should fare pretty well on turf as well. (2) Centsless Drama might hang on and pull out a victory here. (5) Una Luna is in good form and can be a factor here. Betting strategy: 9 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-5-9.

8th race – (2) Bad Beat Brian (A) was a solid second last time and should make amends for that setback here. (4) The Connector should be well-suited by the connections here. (7) Belgrano seeks a fourth straight win and cannot be ignored. (9) Xy Speed has been no worse than third in his last five starts and should make his presence felt here. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4-7-9.

10th race – (3) Girolamo’s Attack won his last two starts in solid fashion and seems ready to make it three in a row. (10) Hanalei’s Houdini will be dangerous off the Maker claim. (4) Tune In rarely turns in a poor effort and should be a main contender. (9) Mo Hawk has sharp early speed and could be hard to catch. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-4-9-10.
