3rd race – (6) Golden Belief had a promising debut then didn’t fire in her second start. Can rebound here. (2) Castle Born returns to turf and may turn in a top effort. (4) Bravo Kitten is a firster who merits attention. (8) Spread Joy might prefer turf.  Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4-6-8. Doubles: 2-4-6-8 with 1-4-5-6.

4th race – (4) Liam’s Kiss looks like filly with bright potential who can graduate at first asking. (5) Fawning is another firster who seems ready for a sharp effort. (6) Kaeko put in a bullet work for this and merits consideration. (1) Poiema has a nice burst of speed and will benefit from a ground-saving trip. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-5-6.

6th race – (11) Emicrack missed by a neck last time on a synthetic surface and can make amends here. (3) Zamfir has been absent since February but fits in well at this level. (7) Under the Couvers has also been away but is working sharply for his return. (1) Lucky as a Seven should be a main threat in this field.  Betting strategy: 11 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-7-11.

9th race – (1) Beautiful Grace won easily last time and may make a smooth switch back to turf. (4) Reinagol tired on synthetics but seems capable of a better try on turf. (2) Mumbai flopped on soggy turf but should fare better here. (7) Fouzia has been training steadily for her first start since March and could be a major factor. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-4-7. Doubles: 1-2-4-7 with 1-6-8-9.

10th race – (1) So Determined was an impressive winner in his second start and should handle this field for perennial meet training champ Pletcher. (6) A.P.’s Secret was an impressive debut winner and should be the one to fear. (8) Skippylongstocking tired in a stakes but should welcome a return to a one-turn test. (9) Strike Hard was a game second last time and will be a main factor today. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-6-8-9.
