1st race – (10) Pink Part Pants showed speed in her debut before tiring late and finishing fourth. Should not look back here. (3) Lakeside Getaway didn’t fire against MSW company. Fits better in a claimer. (9) Reveille Song finally gets to run on turf and may like it. (2) Megan Makin Money has speed and could last for a share of the purse. Betting strategy: 10 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-9-10.

3rd race – (5) Mateo had some trouble when third for a higher claiming tag. Looks best here. (6) Armor Piercing might appreciate the added distance. (4) Heart Boy is worth a look off the Hurtak claim.  (7) Preston Murray might wake up at this level. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-5-6-7.

5th race – (1) Exult takes a big class drop and should handle this field from the rail. (2) Indy Lyon can be a stretch threat here. (6) Strong Again seeks a third straight win and cannot be ignored. (5) Prince Maior looks like the one to catch here. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-5-6.

8th race – (3) Ghostinyou was hurt by a wide trip last time and should enjoy better racing luck here. (7) T Ville exits a sharp win and looks like the one to fear. (1) Pleasecallmeback has been steeplechasing but has done well in flat races. (5) Hrothgar was first or second in four of his last five races and merits consideration. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-7. Exactas: 3-7 over 1-5 and 1-5 over 3-7. Doubles: 1-3-5-7 with 2-3-4-5.

9th race – (4) Big Bee drops into a claimer and should be able to sting this field. (3) Laveau figures to welcome a switch to turf. (2) Reaching Stride can make her presence felt here. (5) Spirit of Power adds blinkers and should  be a threat here. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-4-5
