2nd race – (6) Awesome Beach drops in for a tag that he won for two starts ago. Looks best here. (1) Old Time Revival faces weaker and should respond accordingly with a better try. (4) Dr. Doyle has been disappointing but fits in with these. (7) Life in Shambles has been no worse than third in his last four starts and merits attention. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-6. Exactas: 1-6 over 4-7 and 4-7 over 1-6.

5th race – (6) Caribbean Gold was a good third last time and seems ready for a winning effort. (8) Maker of an Empire exits a nice maiden win and should be a threat. (5) Holy Emperor figures to be closing in the final furlong. (11) Buenisimo will be a contender on his best try. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 5-6-8-11.

7th race – (9) Hard Ten has been second at this level twice and seems overdue for a win. (5) Gods Promise might wake up off a claim and a switch to Saez. (8) Lord Darnley could be a factor here. (1) Hierro may benefit from a rail trip. Betting strategy:  9 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-5-8-9.

9th race – (6) Sweet Serenade has turned in some good efforts on a synthetic surface and can handle this group. (8) Grand Ave Girl woke up with a big win on synthetics and should be the main rival. (2) Omnia seeks a fifth straight and merits resect despite being new to a synthetic surface. (4) Double Blessed has some stakes experience and should not be ignored. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4-6-8. Doubles: 2-4-6-8 with 6-7-8-10.

10th race – (7) Magniloquent drops into a claimer and should lead throughout despite facing males. (8) Sensual Chocolate seems well-meant in here and should turn in a big effort. (10) Classicstateofmind faces claimers for the first time and will be dangerous here. (6) Living Water is worth a look on turf. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place. Exacta box: 6-7-8-10.
