1st race – (5) Reservenotattained (A) looked good winning easily for a second straight time and can make three in a row off the Dobles claim. (3) Lusitano was second to the top pick last time and should be the main rival once again. (1) Allegedly Perfect might wake up off the David claim and a return to turf. (4) Strategic Vision has some speed and could be tough to catch. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-4-5.

4th race – (6) Point Pleasant makes her career debut for Clement and seems ready for a sharp effort. (8) Queen Macha may appreciate a return to turf. (9) Empress Ellie has speed from the outside and could be dangerous. (1) Estate should enjoy a ground-saving trip and be a contender. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-6-8-9. Doubles: 1-6-8-9 with 1-4-6-7.

5th race – (6) Charlotte the Brit was claimed out of a good second last time at this level and looks best. (1) Capturini drops in class and gives dirt a try. (4) Future Flay won her last and could be cooking in this spot. (7) Freezer Burn should supply some heat with her outside speed. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-6. Exactas: 1-6 over 4-7 and 4-7 over 1-6.

7th race – (5) Extravagant Kid has plenty of stakes experience and looks best here. (3) Shekky Shebaz hasn’t raced since August but also has a lot of back class. (2) Embolden could get brave in his first try for Maker. (8) Harry’s Ontheloose will appreciate a return to turf. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-5-8. Doubles: 2-3-5-8 with 1-2-3-5.

8th race – (3) You’re Killin Me rallied nicely last time in a sprint and may be well-suited by the mile distance. (1) Brasstown was a solid winner of his last start and be a main threat if he can duplicate that effort. (5) Trappezoid was third last time and belongs in the exotics. (2) Hero Tiger could roar from an inside post in this field. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3. Exactas: 1-3 over 2-5 and 2-5 over 1-3.
