3rd race – (1) Palm Island debuts off sharp works for Pletcher and should prevail. (2) Superstitieux has been second or third in three of his four starts and can complete the exacta. (4) Stay Restless is another firster from Pletcher who will be dangerous here. (6) Nitrous Channel also makes his debut and should be watched. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-4-6.

5th race – (1) My Prankster (C) dropped from 3-5 to 1-10 and edged clear late. Might make it two in a row from the rail. (3) Of a Revolution was a good second in a stakes and should be the main foe. (2) Graphic Detail can rebound from a poor try in a stakes. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-3. Doubles: 1-2-3 with 1-2-4-6.

6th race – (6) Remote debuts for Clement and seems ready for a sharp try. (2) Allegorical was second in his debut on a synthetic surface at Woodbine and is one to fear. (4) My Romeo Lima is a Pletcher firster with nice credentials. (1) Grand David was second and third over the course and should be in the picture. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-4-6.

8th race – (6) Girl With a Dream was a front-running winner of a Fair Grounds stakes and seems best here. (2) Greatitude looked good in a maiden win and may be the main threat. (5) Radio Days comes off two sharp wins and can make her presence felt. (1) She’s So Beautiful may work out a nice trip from the rail. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-6. Exactas: 2-6 over 1-5 and 1-5 over 2-6.

10th race – (8) Battle Charge won her turf debut and looks inviting in this spot. (2) Opalina tired last time but should benefit from that try and be more of a factor today. (4) Ambitieuse won nicely on Tapeta and should fare well on turf. (1) Nostalgic is worth a look in her first try on turf. Betting strategy: 8 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-4-8.
