1st race – (3) Gemo takes a big class drop after a runner-up finish and should be able to handle this group. (1) Cash Now is also taking a big drop in class and could be the main rival. (6) The Reign Man exits a sharp win and should be a main factor. (8) Taamer can be effective against this bunch. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-6-8. Doubles: 1-3-6-8 with 3-5-6-7.

2nd race – (5) Siren’s Lucky Song debuts for Joseph and is working sharply for today’s race. (7) Karen’s Way might perk up going turf to dirt. (3) Gaga Oh La La has never been worse than third in three career starts and cannot be ignored. (6) Miraculous drops in class and will be a threat in this spot. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 5-7. Exactas: 5-7 over 3-6 and 3-6 over 5-7.

5th race – (7) Fully Loaded (A) missed by a head in a sharp effort last time and looks like the one to beat here. (6) Legal Deal comes off a nice dirt win but flopped in his lone turf race. (5) Henry’s World has a nice turn of speed and could last for a share of the purse. (1) What’s Inside has a strong closing kick and cannot be ignored. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-5-6-7.

8th race – (5) Mr. Tip was claimed out of a convincing win by Maker and seems poised for a second straight win. (8) Burly Boy will benefit if there’s a fast pace. (1) Semper Fi might appreciate the shorter distance. (4) Uncle Curly was second last time out and fits well here. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-5-8.

10th race – (11) Core Curriculum tried badly on dirt in his debut and might welcome a switch to turf. (4) Especiallea was third in his last two starts and can be closer here. (10) City Magic was claimed by Maker when finishing second against cheaper and should be a main threat. (6) The Great Oz was second the last time he ran at this level and should be in the picture once again. Betting strategy: 11 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-6-10-11.
