1st race – (6) Absam rallied for fourth in his debut but adds blinkers here and should take a step forward. (4) Gimme Some Mo switches to turf and has an interesting pedigree for it. (2) Counterstrike missed by a head in his debut and should be a major threat. (9) Turn of Events exits a stakes and should be a contender here. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4-6-9. Doubles: 2-4-6-9 with 1-2-6-7.

2nd race - (1) Miz Chaplin was an easy winner in a maiden claimer when he was taken by Joseph. Hasn’t raced in four months but is working sharply for this try. (6) Miss Mac disappointed against better but fits better here. (7) Don’t Get Khozy rallied for second last time and should a factor here. (2) Chit Chat Girl moves from a turf route to a dirt sprint and might like the changes. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-6-7.

6th race – (14) Palace Kitten (B) was a game second while dropping into a claimer and should not be ignored if he can scratch into the race. (1) Felix the Fox is 0-for-10 but has been second six times and belongs in the exacta. (5) Greyes Creek hasn’t raced in 16 months but can make his presence felt. (6) Rochambeau has been no worse than third in his last starts and belongs in the exotics. Betting strategy: 14 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-5-6-9-14.

9th race – (7) Silver Ratio was third in his first try against winners but can make amends here. (3) Soros won a stakes as a maiden at 2 and could be the main rival here. (1) Money Moves was a sharp debut winner and cannot be ignored here. (4) Ournationonparade was a competitive third in a stakes and will be a major threat. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place.  Exacta box: 1-3-4-7.

10th race – (5) Bacchanalia (B) was checked then went wide on the first turn and still won with a sharp late kick. Can make it two in row today. (9) Silver Kitten has speed from the outside post and will be tough to catch. (1) Bienville Street was no factor against Starship Jubilee but finds easier company here. (3) Zarina will be a big threat in the stretch. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place.  Exacta box: 1-3-5-9.
