3rd race – (6) Don’t Calll Me Mary (A) was a very game second last time, missing by a head, and should make amends here. (1) Gitana has speed and the rail and could be tough to catch. (5) Bramble Berry had an awkward start last time and can return to top form here. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-5-6.

5th race - (5) Apache Brave might perk up and turn in a solid effort here. (9) Gran Malbec should be a threat in the final furlong. (6) Financial System gets Irad and cannot be overlooked. (8) Black Jet seems capable of a better try than the one he turned in last time. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 5-6-8-9. Doubles: 5-6-8-9 with 1-3-5-6.

6th race – (5) Meet the Beauty is a firster from Pletcher who seems ready for a big effort here. (1) Allworthy is quite worthy of consideration after finishing third in her debut. (6) Another Woman was hurt by a wide trip in her debut and can be closer here. (3) Surrealist had a solid 2021 debut and can build off it. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-5. Exactas: 1-5 over 3-6 and 3-6 over 1-5.

8th race – (6) Girolamo’s Attack might be tougher with the softer fractions here at a mile. (4) Roman Empire just might rise up here with a strong effort. (3) Silverly Enough closed nicely for second and will be a main threat here. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-4-6. Doubles: 3-4-6 with 1-3-5-7.

9th race – (1) Spotters Hill was a game second in his debut and should notch a maiden win here. (7) Seizing the Dream could be sitting on a big effort in his third start. (5) Mach One may be a factor off the Gargan claim. (3) My Sea Cottage fits in nicely here and cannot be ignored. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-5-7.
