2nd race – (2) Bonheur drops in class and should appreciate the added distance here. (6) Emma and I was third at this level and should be a main threat. (3) Cactus Kitten looms a stretch threat in this field. (7) Belle’s Kingdom could be a contender on her best effort. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-6. Exactas: 2-6 over 3-7 and 3-7 over 2-6.

5th race – (2) Catiche was a good second last time and should be fine while returning to Tapeta. (6) Five Prizes was second in her last two starts and looks like the one to fear. (7) Ojeleye tired late in her debut but should be tougher today. (1) Myriskyaffair should benefit from a useful debut. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-6-7.

7th race – (2) Gooch Go Bragh was claimed by Gargan out of a second at this level and looks best in this spot. (4) Argyll showed speed and tired in his debut. Should welcome a drop into a claimer. (9) Fiery Heart may turn in a better effort against claimers. (10) Beloved Warrior figures to be competitive against this field. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4-9-10.

10th race – (2) Tiz Splendid News disappointed off a layoff. Seems to be working quite well for her first try since then. (7) Alecka Star comes off two big wins and is the one to fear. (4) Fabricate was claimed by D’Angelo out of a big win and could be the main rival. (3) Only Kidding was a good second last time and will be in the picture here. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-4-7.

12th race – (9) Warn (C) dropped from 3-1 to 9-5 and missed by a head. Can make amends here. (2) The Zip Factor will benefit from a switch to Jose Ortiz. (3) Righteous Roy faces weaker here and should respond with a better effort. (6) Eagle Chief was second in his last two starts and is overdue for a maiden win. Betting strategy: 9 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-6-9.
