2nd race –(3) Take Charge Dude (B) bounced back to top form with a solid second and should take another step forward here. (2)  Arrivederla should be more competitive at this distance. (6) Travy Boy beat the top choice last time and should be a major threat. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-6. Doubles: 2-3-6 with 1-4-6-9.

3rd race - (4) Letsnotgetoexcited (C) dropped from 5-1 to 3-1 then moved up from third to lead in midstretch, but tired and settled for second. Switches jockeys here and may not look back. (6) Laska moves up and adds blinkers and could be the main threat. (1) Gauzy may appreciate turf. (9) Inedatequila had a troubled debut and should be more competitive here. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-6-9.

6th race – (7) Speedy Hans drops and stretches out after a bumpy, wide trip. Should prove best here. (4) Swing West drops into a claimer should be a main threat. (1) Blessed Journey might wake up back on dirt. (6) Tons of Gold might be more formidable in a claimer. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-6-7.

8th race – (1) Lovely Lady Lexi stepped up and posted a second straight win. Can make it three in a row here. (7) Bibiana debuts off the D’Angelo claim and merits respect. (6) Dancing Destroyer was a game second last time and should be in the picture once again. (5) Royal Mistress lacked a strong late kick but might fire today. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place.  Exacta box: 1-5-6-7.

10th race – (3) Tonalist’s Shape turned in a surprisingly dull effort last time but may perk up here. (5) Up in Smoke is undefeated in three starts and looms as a major force. (6) Vigilantes Way exits a sharp maiden win for top connections and cannot be ignored. (7) Dream Marie flopped in the same race as the top pick and merits attention. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place.  Exacta box: 3-5-6-7.
