st race – (9) Assiduously was a good second in his 2021 debut and should move forward off that try. (2) Quiberon Bay has enough speed to be dangerous from an inside post. (8) Takafumi will appreciate a return to turf. (1) It’s Mandatory should be closing quickly at the end.

nd race – (1) Dr. Doyle has enough speed to win this on the front end. (2) Sneakiness looks like the main foe early and late. (3) Powerfully Built fits in nicely with this group. (6) Win Ya Win should benefit from a contested pace.

rd race - (1) The Critical Way towers over this field and will be very tough to beat. (7) Readyforprimetime may be ready for a strong effort here. (5) The Connector is a threat on his best try. (4) Cajun Casanova might register a surprise in his debut for Delgado.

th race – (1) Whata Guy should benefit from a useful debut and post a maiden win here. (2) Mo Mischief has not raced since August but has been prepping nicely for his return. (9) Not a Postino has a nice turn of speed and can figure in the outcome. (8) Ghostconqueror ships in from New York and may be a contender.

th race – The WinStar Matchmaker (G3) - (5) Juliet Foxtrot was a Grade 1 winner two starts ago and can kick off a big day for Cox and Juddmonte. (1) Always Shopping disappointed last time in a Grade 1 stakes but can bounce back here. (6) Nay Lady Nay won this race last year and could be the best of Brown’s four starters. (7) Kalifornia Queen put it all together with a win last time and merits attention.

h race – (2) Hit Me I’m Lucky comes off a maiden win and should be able to handle this group. (6) Saltin’ the Rim might improve in her second start after a layoff. (7) Saucy Derek could contend while turning back in distance. (5) Magical Jaime should be a factor if there’s no rust from a lengthy layoff.

th race – (2) Musetta debuts for Delgado off a four-month layoff and deserves top billing here. (4) Artie’s Rose should welcome a return to turf. (9) Isla Bonita was victorious at this level last time and figures to be a threat once again. (12) Donya’s Magic has enough speed to overcome the outside post and create some trouble for the others.

th race – The Monmouth Cup (G3) - (4) Ny Traffic should benefit from a prep over the track and prevail here. (5) Dr Post disappointed in the Met Mile but may find this more to his liking. (3) Night Ops rarely turns in a bad effort and belongs in the exotics. (7) Bankit will be a force if he doesn’t bounce off his last start and decisive win.

th race - (10) A Thing of Beauty broke her maiden at Keeneland and can make it two in a row despite the layoff. (1) Linny Kate should thrive at this distance. (2) Apurate has a good turn of speed and can hang on for a share of the purse. (7) L’Indiscret won her last two starts and should be closing at the end.

th race – The Molly Pitcher (G3) - (1) Our Super Freak was hurt by a wide trip last time and can make amends here from the rail. (2) Mrs. Danvers should be able to get to the front here and might be difficult to reel in. (3) Vault flopped last time at Churchill Downs but can rebound here. (5) Bank Sting is 4-for-4 this year and cannot be discounted in her graded stakes debut.

th race – The United Nations (G1) - (10) Tribhuvan has enough early speed to control the pace and may not look back from the outside post. (1) Arklow chases a third straight win and should be gobbling up ground in the final furlong. (8) Master Piece didn’t fire in the Grade 1 Manhattan but has enough class to take this one. (6) Winters Back has been getting better and might be primed for a strong showing.

th race – The Haskell (G1) - (3) Mandaloun won over the track last month and that prep earns him the nod in a quality field. (4) Hot Rod Charlie was a very game second in the Belmont Stakes and will be hard to beat if he can duplicate that try. (6) Midnight Bourbon was second in the Preakness and will be a main factor today with his keen early speed. (1) Following Sea has the rail and will likely be on the lead but he’s never raced beyond 6 ½ furlongs making him a risky play here.

th race – (8) Projected has been on a roll at this level with two straight wins and can make it  a hat trick here. (11) Foldover should be sharp off the layoff and could be tough to run down in the stretch. (3) Blackline was beaten by Projected in his last two start but figures to be in the picture today. (7) Cash Call Kitten looked good winning his last and merits consideration.

th race – (7) No Valla rallied for second last time against similar and should get the victory today. (6) Fast Fashion was right behind the top choice last time and can fill that role once again. (5) English Charmer is a Parx shipper who might thrive at this reduced level. (2) Lullaby Land stretches out and might fare better with more ground.
