1st race – (4) Keystone Field returns to dirt and should respond with a better effort. (6) Peekacho fits in nicely with this group. (1) Fan Club could perk up in a claimer. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-6.

4^th race – (1) Lugan Knight (B) was a game second in his debut and can graduate here. (4) Empire’s Best should be a main threat in his debut. (3) Hineni is another first who seems to have some potential. (12) Sunset Town merits attention in this field. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-4-12. Doubles: 1-3-4-12 with 1-6-7-8.

5th race – (1) Eyes On Target has been no worse than third in his last six starts and should work out a winning trip from the rail. (7) Samburu is making his U.S. debut with Mott and merits attention. (6) Dominican Pioneer comes off a sharp win and should be in the picture here. (8) Creed will be a stretch threat in this field. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-6-7-8.

7th race – (3) Victory Formation is working quickly for his debut and looks like the one to beat. (1) Communication Memo was third in his debut and could be the main rival. (8) Santorini is a firster who seems to have some potential. (11) Release McCraken can last for a share. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-8-11.

9th race – (9) Falconet led until the final strides when he lost by a neck. Should hang on in this spot. (4) Skratch Kat was third behind the top pick and will be closing nicely at the end. (1) Frippet was second in her last start on dirt and belongs in the exotics here. (6) Dorothea seeks a third straight win and should not be ignored. Betting strategy: 9 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-6-9.
