2nd race – (5) Aristocracy makes his debut for Cox in a claimer and looks best in this field. (4) Lucky’s Secret tries claimers and could be a top contender. (3) No Easy Days should appreciate the cutback to a sprint. (6) Harold’s Cloud could have an impact in his debut. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-4-5-6.

5th race – (7) Jais’s Solitude (B) closed belatedly off a year layoff and should work out a better trip today. (3) Decision Maker is in sharp form right now and might be the key rival. (8) Be Here could hang on while stretching out. (9) Newsworthy should benefit from his last start and move forward off the longer trip. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-7-8-9. 6th race – (3) Speakinofthedevil debuts for Asmussen off a fast work and merits top billing. (4) Cravensworth could be a promising runner for Moquett. (2) Yacht Rock tired in his debut but should be more formidable here. (10) Zed could contend from an outside post. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-4-10. Doubles: 2-3-4-10 with 2-5-7-10.

7th race – (5) Temple City Terror was a close fourth in the Grade 2 Flower Bowl and should prove best in this spot. (7) Beside Herself looks like the one to catch in this spot. (10) Go Big Blue Nation will welcome a return to turf. (2) Luck Money usually brings home a check and is worth a long look. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-5-7-10.

9th race – (6) Lyrical Poet should thrive at the shorter distance here. (4) Agent Peter Graves has enough speed to be a big threat here. (10) Evan Sing should be a factor in the final furlong.
