1st race – (7) Tesorina was a game second in her first try in a dirt claimer. Should prevail in this spot. (5) Stripping will be a threat in a claimer. (6) Creative Legacy drops a notch and might be dangerous. (2) Yes I’m Looking can perk up in a claimer. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-5-6-7.

4th race – (5) Hendrick (C) was bet down from 4-1 to 5-2 and prevailed by a nose. Should benefit from the race being switched to the main track. (1) Next (C) dropped from 9-2 to 3-1 and then posted a sharp victory. Curious to see how he handles the switch to dirt. (10) Eucharist won nicely in his debut and will be a main threat. (4) Texas Rule should be fine on the main track. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-5-10.

7th race – (4) American Mandate is versatile enough to handle turf and dirt and should not be fazed by a switch to the main track. (6) Phast Pharoah could be tough to catch here. (9) Munn Passage will be a threat in his third start after a layoff. (11) Equal Justice merits attention here. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-6-9-11. Doubles: 4-6-9-11 with 1-4-5-6.

8th race – (5) Hidden Stash turned in two good efforts in sprints and should relish the stretchout to two turns. (6) A C Expressway might motor to victory with the added distance. (4) Munqad got away to a poor start and never fired. May rebound here. (1) Swingman could be helped by a rail trip. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-5-6.

10th race – (7) Mandaloun is working sharply for his debut and looks like the one to beat. (3) Americanrevolution is another firster who might have a bright future. (1) Plucky Strike and (11) Macron round out the firsters who should dominate this race. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-7-11.
