1st race – (2) Windcracker was claimed by Diodoro after rallying for second. Seems to have found a winning spot here. (8) Extreme tackles claimers for the first time and will be a factor at the finish. (7) Holiday Ticket made a middle move and tired in his debut. Gets a second chance here. (4) My Miracle Man looks like the one to catch. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4-7-8.

4th race – (7) Copper Town has a sharp turn of speed and might not look back here. (2) Jack Van Berg missed by a neck last time and looks like the main threat. (5) Mi Tres Por Ciento should get some consideration dropping back into a claimer. (8) Best of Greeley won at this level last time and cannot be ignored. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-5-7-8. Doubles: 2-5-7-8 with 2-3-4-6.

5th race – (4) Marr Time makes her debut for Cox and seems ready for a sharp effort. (6) Flower Garden has been working quickly and will be a main contender. (2) Broadway Blaze also seems on edge for her debut. (3) Twirling Savi can move forward after a useful debut. Betting strategy: 4 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-3-4-6.

7th race – (5) Mistical Curlin has put in some nice preps for his debut and deserves top billing. (9) Coffee With Alex was an even third in his first try and can move forward here. (2) Jego raced wide in his debut and may be more of an factor from an inside post and with a switch to Gaffalione. (10) Magazine Street could make his presence felt against this field. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-5-9-10.

9th race – (6) Rome (B) was a game second in his first try against claimers and can make amends for that setback here. (9) Steinbeck might perk up against claimers. (4) In Dreams should be more competitive while racing for a claiming tag. (7) Strings figures to welcome a return to the main track. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 4-6-7-9.
