2nd race – (6) Four K’s (C) was bet down from 5-2 to 9-5 then rallied into contention but hung late. Seems ready for a better trip here. (2) Gianna’s Gift should improve off the turf to dirt move. (1) Dreamin’ of Munny should be a factor while returning to a sprint. (7) Parking Ticket could be a stretch threat. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-6. Exactas: 2-6 over 1-7 and 1-7 over 2-6. Doubles: 1-2-6-7 with 2-5-7-8.

3rd race - (5) Anamuya was hurt by a wide trip in her second start. The third time should be the charm. (8) Demeter might wake up after a dull debut. (2) Zoikes could be ready for a big effort in her debut.  (7) Flutiste was third in both of her starts and belongs in the exotics. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-5-7-8.

5th race – (7) Sir Acealot showed little in his debut but should be formidable at this lower level. (10) Town Agenda will be useful here off a drop into a claimer for the first time. (2) Portal One has enough talent to be a threat here. (5) Causeican is worth a look in his debut. Betting strategy: 7 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-5-7-10.

7th race – (1) Eliade should benefit from the added furlong in this marathon test. (3) Cambeliza benefitted from a disqualification last time to take her last start. Figures to be a top contender. (9) Romantic Pursuit exits a graded stakes and merits respect. (8) Delta Kingdom was third in a rich Kentucky Downs stakes and can work out a winning trip here. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-8-9. Doubles: 1-3-8-9 with 3-5-6-8.

8th race – (8) Villanelle rebounded with a much better second try when stretched out to two turns. Seems poised for another big effort. (5) Powder River is worth a long look on a dry track. (3) Best Intentions should be well-meant here, especially on a dry track. (6) Tizemotionalgold returns to dirt and will benefit from the two-turn distance. Betting strategy: 8 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-5-6-8.
