The $250,000 Holy Bull Stakes, Gulfstream Park, Race 11

11th race – (2) Mo Donegal closed out his 2-year-old season with a determined win in the Remsen around two turns. Trainer Todd Pletcher has put some sharp drills into him for his first start in about two months. With an inside post, he looks tough to beat. (4) Simplification looked sharp winning the Mucho Macho Man on the front end. Speed is tough to beat on this oval around two turns and he will be a major force. (8) White Abarrio was third in the Kentucky Jockey Club and has been working sharply for this 3-year-old debut. Don’t overlook. (9) Giant Game was a good third in  the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile and is one of the top contenders but landed a bad post. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-4-8-9.
