1st race –  (9) Infinite turned in a strong, winning effort off a layoff last time and can do the same thing here. (1) Don’task Don’ttell exits a nice win at Lone Star and should be a main rival. (6) Alfie Solomons should welcome a return to turf. (7) Real Money missed by a head last time and merits respect. Betting strategy: 9 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-6-7-9. Doubles: 1-6-7-9 with 1-8-9-10.

2nd race – The (1) entry of Winters Lion and Zoomster offers a nice 1-2 punch in this spot. (9) On the Tear is a firster from Ward who seems ready for a big effort in his debut. (8) Red Route One should benefit from his debut and might move forward here. (10) Life At Sea is another interesting firster who merits attention. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-8-9-10.

4th race – (6) Forwardly had some trouble at the start and then showed an unusual turn of early speed. Deserves a second chance here. (3) Verstappen was gelded since his last start and could be a contender. (1) Fort Defiance has some speed and should benefit from a rail trip. (10) Setna the Wise rallied for second and cannot be ignored. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-6-10.

9th race – (10) Turnerloose was a strong second last time and should work out a winning trip here. (8) Catiche was second in a stakes on synthetics and should handle turf fine. (7) New Year’s Eve was a good third in a graded stakes last time and fits in nicely here. (5) Vergara fell a head shy last time and will be a force in this field. Betting strategy: 10 to win, place. Exacta box: 5-7-8-10. Doubles: 5-7-8-10 with 1-4-7-12.

10th race – (12) Ready to Purrform posted a breakthrough stakes win last time and can make it two wins in a row here. (4) Kitodan moved too soon last time but may work out a better trip here. (1) Grand Sonata disappointed in his last try but can rebound here. (7) Running Bee steps up in class but has enough talent to be a factor here. Betting strategy: 12 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4-7-12.
