4^th race [Md 30000, 7F] – (4) She’s Complicated drops from three tries in maiden special weights for Bill Mott who wins at 29% with first-time maiden claimers. (1) Chocolatechocolate debuted a year ago at Fair Grounds at 5-1 and changes barns for Repole Stable for his second start with blinkers on. (6) Parade Ring ships up from Gulfstream Park to make her first start on the dirt after a pair of thirds on the Tapeta. (3) My Lady Bae debuted at Saratoga in July and gets blinkers on.

5^th race [NY, OC 45k/N2X, 7F] – (3) Concorde Spirit (A) is a horse that is getting better and last month pressed the pace to win a starter allowance. (5) Clancy Fancy won his last two starts on the front-end moving from a maiden special weight to the first-level allowance. (4) Elysian Meadows came back from a seven-month layoff to rally for second in January. (2) Ten Cent Town came back from a 10 month break with a few top three finishes at this level.

8^th race [OC15K/SAL10k, 1 mi] – (4) Allure of Money (C) was bet down from 15-1 to 7-1, had the lead, finished second, got claimed for $10,000, and comes back in seven days. (1) Flat Out Flying won his last three races in claimers ranging from $15,000 to $25,000. (2) Quick Hammer won three of his last five starts and was second in the other two with the most recent pair in starter allowances. (5) Valenzan Day was claimed for $10,000 seven days ago when he won for the 10th time in his career.

9^th race [Alw 82000 N1X, 7F] – (2) Antonio of Venice (B) raced seven wide in a similar spot last month, fought gamely, and just missed by a neck. (5) Quick to Accuse was claimed for $45,000 after winning the second-level NY-bred optional claiming allowance and will try open company allowances where he has run second twice. (1) Master of Arms was claimed from 4 of his last 6 races hitting the board five times and winning twice. (7) President Z won a $32,000 open claimer at Aqueduct in January.

Best bets: She’s Complicated (4^th); Antonio of Venice (9^th). Best Value:  Concorde Spirit (5^th); Allure of Money (8^th).
