1st race [Md 40000, 6 ½ F] – (5) Swing District (B) was second in his debut at 7-2 losing to a horse that was making a big drop down and gets blinkers on. (3) Bargaining Power was second at this level in October, got claimed away from Chad Brown by Linda Rice, and might get loose on the lead. (2) Collect From Ike moves from turf to dirt again after running a close third last time with speed figures that fit well with this field. (4) Burton Way goes back to maiden claiming after a pair of fourth-place finishes in maiden special weights.

3rd race [OC80k/N1X, 7F] – (4) Gun Song was a debut winner at Aqueduct at odds of 6-1 with a speed figure that is 10 points higher than any number in the field. (1) Caress won her first start and then finished fourth in a stakes race at Laurel Park. George Weaver puts the blinkers on for her third start. (5) Antenna has two wins in a row with a win in a $50,000 maiden claimer where she was taken by Linda Rice and then won in a starter allowance. (2) Belle’s Blue Bell broke her maiden at Delaware Park by almost five lengths and then set the pace in the Tempted at the Big A but faded to sixth.

4th race [Clm 35000B, 6F] – (1) Try It Again (C) took late money that moved her odds from 10-1 to 6-1 and she ran third beaten by a half-length. She rallied late down the middle of the track on a day when speed horses on the inside had an advantage. (2) Everlys Girl was claimed from her last three starts and finished third twice and a second. (7) Maggie was also claimed from her three most recent starts and finished second, first, and then third. (3) Mended We Stand won a starter allowance at Parx by seven lengths with a front-end effort.

9th race [NY, Md 30000, 6 ½ F] – (8) Going for Glory (A) was second in a maiden claimer last time and ran late for second on a speed favoring track. (1) Mia Nipotina will run in a claimer for the first time in her third start. (10) Tsukimi will make her first try in a claimer in her third race. (7) Mysaria was 6-1 last time when she pressed the pace in a maiden special weight and finished fifth.
