1st race [Md Sp Wt, 6 ½ F] – (2) Heard On Thestreet (A) was second in his debut beaten by only a nose at 5-1, finished well ahead of the rest of the field, and got claimed for $40,000. (5) Apuro ships up from Gulfstream Park where he was second going two turns on the tapeta track at even money where the winner went on to win his next start also. He got floated out seven paths turning into the stretch. (1) Eliminate was third in his first two races and has been off since December. (3) Laser Sharp had the lead down the stretch in his first start and got beat at the wire by a head in a maiden claimer.

8th race [Alw 82000 N1X, 1 mi] – (3) Narciso Dali won a starter allowance two races back by almost three lengths and then came back to run fourth in an allowance. (1) Expected Value came back from a fourth in the Bay Shore (G3) to rally to get fourth after a slow start. (2) Certified Loverboy had the lead in the stretch and finished third last time. He now gets a fast pace to set up his closing style. (4) Duke of Gloucester won three out of his last five starts moving from a maiden claimer to a N2L condition to a starter allowance.

9th race [Heavenly Prize Invitational, 1 mi] – (7) Saddle Up Jessie was first or second in her last four starts. She won the Carousel at Laurel Park in December and then missed by neck after having the lead in the Ladies at Aqueduct. The winner of that race came back to win again. (3) Portage comes back on six days of rest after running third in an allowance following a four month layoff. (2) Pretti Xtreme was a winner in a $32,000 claimer and got taken. (5) Into Happiness won three races in a row last year and was third in the Pumpkin Pie at Aqueduct in November.

10th race [NY, Md Sp Wt, 6F] – (4) Apollonia C (A) rallied from last to second in her debut and finished far ahead of the rest of the field. (5) Elite Status was a first-time starter in a New York Stallion Series stakes and finished third. (6) Dolce Veloce dropped in for a tag last time, finished second, and got claimed for $40,000. Blinkers go on as he steps back up. (7) Sunday Girl will make her debut for David Duggan. The daughter of Central Banker sold for $100,000 as a 2-year-old.

Best bets: Saddle Up Jessie (9th); Apollonia C (10th). Best value: Heard On Thestreet (1st); Narciso Dali (8th).
