nd race [Alw 50000s, 6 ½ F] – (5) True Empress is an Aqueduct specialist who does her best work at that track and has past races that would win against this field. (2) Reigning Chick was a winner two races back and then stepped up to a starter allowance and finished third. (1) Game Theory was on the lead in recent starts and is projected to get loose out front in here. (6) Bankers Daughter has been picking up checks recently and will try the starter allowance level for the first time.

th race [Clm 25000 N3L, 6F] – (3) Win for Gold drops out of a fourth-place finish in a starter allowance to the N3L condition where two races back he was claimed for $35,000. (7) Charger just missed moving out of the N3L level when he was second by a neck. (5) Jelly Nougat ships up from Parx and drops to his lowest level for this $25,000 tag and the restricted condition. (4) Fenway has been on the lead in recent races and should get to the front easily in this field.

th race [NY, Md Sp Wt, 6 ½ F] – (7) Clover Street (D) returns from a December layoff when she was bet down late from 26-1 to 19-1 in a NY-bred stake as a maiden. Before that she had a second and a third in maiden special weights. (2) Good Accelebrate made a big improvement in her second start both in speed figures and when finishing third. (6) Northway will make her debut for Ray Handal. This daughter of Bernardini is out of a mare that was a NY-bred stakes winner and has produced three winners. (5) Harlan’s Bond will make her first start for David Donk.

th race [NY, Haynesfield, 1 mi] – (4) Dr Ardito came back from an eight-month layoff to extend his winning streak to five races. He worked his way through his NY-bred allowance conditions and then open company and now tries a stakes race for the first time with three speed figures that top this field. (2) Wadda U Think Now won his last two starts in NY-bred stakes with front-end efforts and should get to the lead again. Dylan Davis opted to stay on board this guy that has a stellar record at Big A of 11: 7-2-0. (5) Bankit has earned over $1.2 million in his career with multiple wins in state-bred stakes. (3) Sea Foam tried an open company stake last time and cuts back to the one-turn mile.

Best bets:  Win for Gold (4th); Dr Ardito (6th). Best value:  True Empress (2nd); Clover Street (5th).
