1st race [Alw 12500s, 6F] – (4) Printrack has 5 wins in his last 6 starts with two of them in starter allowances in his two most recent races. (5) Nolo Contesto was third in a starter allowance when last seen in December and set the pace. (6) Can’t Beat Me won an open claiming race with a stalking move for a $12,500 tag in January. (2) Big Engine will come running late as always. He was claimed from his last two starts for $25,000 and $45,000.

2nd race [Clm 32000, 6F] – (6) Dorth’s Sol Dancer moved from an open-length maiden score at Finger Lakes to press the pace and finish third at this level at Aqueduct last time. (4) Speights Dance got first-time Lasix and broke her maiden for a $40,000 tag as the favorite. (1) Amy’s Light got her first win in her second start which was in a $20,000 maiden claimer. (2) Soloshot won her first two starts in NY-bred company impressively. Her last three were not good, but if she can get close to her better races she will be hard to beat.

3rd race [Md 75000, 7F] – (1) Have You Heard had a pair of seconds in maiden special weights as he drops in for a tag for the first time. (5) Heard On Thestreet missed a debut win by a nose and got claimed for $40,000. After 1 try with special weights he’s back in for a tag. (2) Conniving came back from a five-month layoff, dropped into a claimer for the first time, and ran third. (3) Bounteous will cut back in distance and drop in for claiming for Bill Mott.

8th race [NY, Md 25000, 7F] – (5) Poseidon’s Mist drops back into a maiden claimer where last time he rallied for second. She is projected to get loose on the lead. (9) Awesome Glo was second and third at this level in her last two starts, so this might be her day. (6) Lucky and Gorgeous was second in his debut in December at Tampa Bay Downs in a maiden special weight. Gets first-time Lasix. (7) Khali’s Storm had the lead briefly and finished third at this level going a mile last month.

Best bets: Printrack (1st); Have You Heard (3rd). Best value: Dorth’s Sol Dancer (2nd); Poseidon’s Mist (8th).
