st race [Md Sp Wt, 6F] – (4) Laser Sharp (B) finished second in the second start of his career moving up to the maiden special weight level and was 11 lengths ahead of the rest. (6) Romantic Charmer (A) broke last in his debut, moved up, but then ran greenly when facing heavy kickback. (1) Aleah Aleah made two starts as a 2-year-old including a third in his second race in October. (5) Two Tons of Fun will make his debut for an owner that has had plenty of success lately.

nd race [Alw 50000s, 6F] – (3) Roman Goddess (A) had the lead in his race, finished almost seven lengths ahead of the next horse, and got claimed for $35,000. (4) Will Be Famous came back from a short layoff, got the lead, and ended up second at this starter allowance level. (5) Stop Giggling was a debut winner by five lengths with a front-end effort and then tried today’s level twice. (1) Take Time to Dream and (1A) Voleuse make a Rudy Rodriguez entry where both can get into the trifecta.

rd race [Clm 14000 N3L, 6 ½ F] – (5) Talkin Pharoah came back from a six-month layoff and set the pace but faded on a sloppy track. He makes a big drop in class with a couple of victroies earlier in the year that would easily win this race. (3) Big Save has three finishes in the top three and has some early speed which is essential for success. (7) Newport Bridge won a N2L condition last time. (1A) Face Abarrio is projected to be loose on the lead and that makes him a contender.

th race [NY, Md 40000, 6 ½ F] – (1) Jaximus flashed early speed in his debut in a maiden special weight and makes a drop down that frequently produces a winner. (5) Compute It ran second in a pair of starts when he stalked the pace at this maiden claiming level. (2) The Delaware Boyz was second in his last start with a speed figure that makes him a threat to win against this bunch. (6) Retail Man has been off for two months and gets blinkers on after pressing the pace.

Best bets: Laser Sharp (1st); Talkin Pharoah (3rd). Best value: Roman Goddess (2nd); Jaximus (4th).
